JOIN THE MEGAMIGS TEAM FOR THE 2022 EDITION

MEGAMIGS is looking for motivated volunteers to complete its team! The 2022 edition is preparing its grand return in person which will take place at the Bonaventure Hotel from October 19 to 22.

The indispensable contribution of our volunteers in previous editions allows the festival to exist at its best! By lending a hand to the event, you will gain a unique insight into the latest releases and innovations in the gaming industry. Come live a memorable experience while rubbing shoulders with professionals, creators, and other volunteers who are passionate about video games!

The benefits of being a volunteer

→ Free General Admission tickets to give to your friends or family (offered to team leads);

→ Meals provided (for 8-hour workdays) as well as snacks and beverages available to all.

What is expected:

→ Collaboration with a team lead (you will answer to this person);

→ To be available in 4-hour blocks;

→ Ensure that you are operational for your position and wearing good shoes;

→ Professional, friendly, and respectful attitude;

→ Interest for the Québec and international video game industry;

→ To be available before the event for short training sessions.

We will need help for the following departments:

→ Information booth;

→ Business Lounge;

→ Expo Hall;

→ Conferences in the Expo Hall (general public, partner content, exhibitor content, etc.);

→ Ticket office;

→ Industry conferences / General public programming;

→ Reception, circulation, intervention;

→ Runner (no team or department, a bit of a jack of all trades).
